The Institution practices the mentor and mentee relationship among students and teachers irrespective of their course, subject of study and class of study. Students at + 2 level require encouragement and motivation in giving their very best.

Creating interest in what they need to do is the most crucial task for a teacher and irrespective of which subject the teacher handles, it becomes very important for the teacher to first make the student love the subject which will eventually lead to a better performance from the students.
