New Horizon Pre University College celebrated, ‘Kargil Vijay Divas’ on 26^th July,2019 to commemorate and pay tribute to the Kargil martyrs who sacrificed their lives to safeguard the territorial integrity of the nation. The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the Principals of both Degree and PU College, followed by the invocation song. Melodious patriotic rendering in tune with the event, were performed by the students. The tone of the commemoration ceremony was rightly set by the PowerPoint presentation and the speech which shared some reminiscence and made the crowd emotional.

It was indeed a special moment for the students to showcase the depth of their patriotic fervor. Students and staff lit candles as a mark of reverence. The event culminated with the recital of the National Anthem.
