Department of Mathematics, NHPUC, Kasturi Nagar celebrated the birth anniversary of one of India’s incredible mathematical geniuses, Srinivasa Ramanujan by organizing an array of events from 19/12/2020 to 21/12/2020 to raise awareness among the youth the importance of learning Mathematics for the develop of country. The events which included the ‘Lecture Contest’ enabled ample exposure to the mathematical contributions made by the self-taught Indian Mathematician. Students exhibited their Mathematical adroitness. In the next events, Pencil Sketching of Srinivasa Ramanujan and Videography, that highlighted, the Golden Ratio and the Fibonacci sequence. The entire online plethora was an eye opener to the marvelous contributions of the Mathematical genius. The outstanding performance of our young enthusiasts left the judges spell bound to mark the winner.
